Speaking of leadership, on to the highlight of today’s meeting, the Installation Ceremony for our new officers organized by Mary Lou Le Compte.

Fundraising Joan Stuart, Fundraisers at today’s picnic and a $400.00 check made payable to the James O. Bryant Food Pantry!
- The DKG International Convention is scheduled for this summer in New Orleans, Louisiana from July 12-16, 2022. Some of our Lambda sisters plan to attend.
- Please log into your account on the international website at dkg.org to update your account information, such as your new address, or phone number. There is a membership roster list to initial if the information is correct, and to write any changes as needed.
DKGNJ State News
- Good news from our state organization! The State Convention will be held in person on April 1-3, 2022 at the Double Tree in Somerset.
- The DKGNJ State Meeting was held on Saturday, June 4 with many Lambda sisters in attendance. The main focus of the meeting was for new officers training.
Lambda News
- Thank you, Linda Walton, for hosting our Lambda Business Meeting and Picnic. You make it look easy and it’s not. Thanks for your hospitality.
- Thanks to our Fundraising Chairperson, Joan Stuart and her committee. Thanks to all of the sisters who supported their projects. As a result, our chapter, using the fundraiser profits, will donate $400.00 to the James O. Bryant Food Pantry today.
- Celebrate our membership anniversaries: Brenda Bradley 20 years, Ginny Pasternak 20 years, Mary Lou Le Compte 40 years, and Paulette Kolb 45 years. Ginny and Mary Lou were both past presidents. Joan our membership Chairperson has a gift for each of you. Applause and gratitude to these sisters for their many contributions to our chapter.
- Award certificates and pins were given to me at the DKGNJ State Convention.
